(T, wl, n_e)[source]¶ return free-free & bound-free cross section of a H-(negative hidrogen) in LTE in unit of e-26 cm^2

T (Temperature, [\(K\)]) –
wl (wavelength, [\(\AA\)]) –
n_e (electron number density, [\(cm^{-3}\)]) –
Notes
H- opacity in LTE is
khm = n_HI * Hminus_CrossSection(T,wl,n_e) * 1.e-26 (/cm)
n_HI: hydrogen number density in cm^(-3)
stimulated emission is corrected
partition function of HI is assumed to be 2.0, which is valid for T < 2.e4 K
