17:45 GMT ( ω=002°W) Seeing: Ant III
Baader Multi-band filter
  Observation commenced in deepening twilight. S Meridiani is the most prominent feature present. M Erythraeum and M Acidalium subdued. Npc conspicuous* and a brighter area on the south p limb could be Hellas?
*NPC was a dark melted band - Ephisisted by use of filters; best seen with Wr#21 orange. 410× possible with darker filter.

  Second drawing to show M Erythraeum complex now rotated on to the disk. Chryse and Xanthe quite bright.
