20030327 Jupiter
Dear friends,
Attached was the Jupiter taken tonight (20030327) at
14:16UT. The transparency was extremely low (thin cloud) and I have to gain
more than 80%, so I have to captured 90 mins video
and finally stacked 800 for improving the SN.
The STB is very obvious shown on the shot and very
active blue festoons on EZ
Coming few days will be cloudy again and hope can get
good weather next week.

Re: [ALPO_Jupiter] JUPITER IMAGES - HELP
Dear
friends,
Just processed one of the Jupiter taken last night, south
is up. Seeing was round 7/10. It is very interesting to see the
a series of ovals near the SSTB region. Very eye catching. There is a
dark STB at the following side.

I will process the one with GRS tonight and share with
you all later. Feel free to comment.

Another 20030422 Jupiter (spot inside GRSH?)
Dear Friends,
Attached were another 20030422 Jupiter with GRS &
Io. The seeing gradually degraded. I found that there was a small spot inside
the GRSH just north to the GRS. It was shown in both images though the one
taken at

20030424 Jupiter
Dear friends,
Attached was the Jupiter taken tonight. Seeing and
transparency was extremely bad, cloudy and windy.

The ovals on the SSTB regions were blured
by bad seeing. I have to stacked more images this time
in order to improve S/N ratio.
