From Samuel WHITBY
@. . .
. . . Thank you for keeping me up to date on the observations of brightenings in
Mars' Edom. That Don Parker is one of the observers adds a great deal of
credibility to the observations.
The weather here has been
what one could call anti-astronomer but frog and fungi friendly (tree frogs have
croaking in our back yard), overcast, often rainy, with wind and
sometimes thunderstorms.
Day before yesterday, we had a hail storm. This afternoon the sky is overcast,
but there is some likelihood of clearing. Maybe I will be able to
observe.
The CMO Gallery is very impressive and a
great addition to the page. You have some highly skillful observers and imagers.
Sincerely,
