Here is a map of the entire Martian surface from the period

from the global dust storm that had been raging in previous weeks. Some active
dust plumes are still visible on the surface in the map. All of the familiar
major features can be seen. The south polar cap is a bottom.

Conditions were neither great nor horrible and imaged this one at 625 fps
experimenting with high speed mode.
Strong jet stream forming from this Sunday and Mars moving rapidly further away
so maybe my last image this apparition.

One of the best results this apparition despite the 17.8"
angular size. The south polar cap shows interesting details with the outlier
Novus Mons visible to the right of the main cap.

I am not certain, but it appears that Arsia Mons may be casting a

I also note that there is a faint bright spot over this

There are a number of small spots in the far north in the R image

For this observation I used a 1.5x barlow. Previously
I record in the primary focus of the C14 but at f16.5 I can get a better
resolution (no resize/100%).
